About this website
This website is promotional. Nothing on it forms a contract. Service descriptions, images and prices are provided for guidance.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are starting prices. Final pricing depends on hair length, density, product choice and service duration, and is confirmed by our team before the service begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Appointments
An appointment request submitted through this website or WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your slot is confirmed only when our team replies to confirm the date and time.
Bridal bookings
Bridal dates are blocked against a 30% advance, which is adjusted against the final bill. The date may be transferred once if we are informed at least 15 days before the event.
Cancellations & lateness
Please inform us at least 6 hours before a standard appointment if you cannot make it. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean a shortened service or rescheduling, so the clients after you are not delayed.
Results & aftercare
Colour, chemical and skin treatments vary from person to person. We advise a patch test where required, and we are not responsible for reactions where a recommended patch test was declined. Following the aftercare advice given by your stylist is essential.
Personal belongings
Please keep your valuables with you. The salon is not responsible for items left on the premises.
Photography
We may photograph completed looks for our portfolio. We will always ask for your permission first, and you may decline at any time.
